Are you a skilled team player with a passion for delivering high-quality food in a fast-paced environment? Do you have experience preparing dim sum items and maintaining a clean kitchen?

We are seeking a Dim Sum Assistant to join our team. As a Dim Sum Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the dim sum chef in ingredient preparation, mixing, shaping, steaming, and packaging of dim sum items. You will also maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and organization in the work area according to food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the dim sum chef in all aspects of dim sum production.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety standards.
  • Label and store ingredients and finished products appropriately.
  • Support the production team with ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in dim sum production roles is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of traditional dim sum items and cooking techniques is an advantage.
  • Ability to follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food safety protocols.
  • Able to work in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
