**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Staff member to join our Dim Sum restaurant team. You will support the chefs in preparing and cooking dim sum dishes, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and ensure smooth kitchen operations. This role requires good teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of traditional dim sum items (e.g., dumplings, buns, rolls, steamed/fried items)
- Support chefs with ingredient prep: washing, cutting, portioning, and marinating
- Operate kitchen equipment (steamers, fryers, mixers) safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and kitchen area
- Ensure all food is stored properly and meets hygiene and food safety standards
- Assist in daily kitchen opening and closing duties
- Follow instructions from head chef or kitchen supervisor
- Help with inventory checks and restocking supplies
- Comply with health and safety regulations at all times

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a kitchen or dim sum preparation is preferred (but not required)
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and work in a team
- Mandarin or Cantonese-speaking ability is a plus (for understanding kitchen terms)
