Job Title: Healthcare Support Associate
Location: Singapore
Salary: $ per hour (dependent on qualification)
Contract Duration: ASAP - September 2025 (with possibility of extension)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8am - 5pm with a 1-hour break (flexible timings may be required occasionally), Saturday: 8am - 12pm
Vacation Requirements: Must have Tdap/MMR/COVID-19 vaccination, covered by the clinic's polyclinic services
Responsibilities:- Remind patients of upcoming appointments and assist in scheduling next appointments.
- Conduct outreach activities, including sending SMS reminders, making phone calls, and distributing mailers, to encourage patient enrollment in healthcare programs.
- Process backend enrollments from doctors' referrals, healthcare teams, and institutional homes.
- Assist patients in enrolling for health support plans.
- Promote and share information about healthcare programs during large-scale patient education events.
