Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive HR projects with HQ or countries running in parallel, establishing systems to monitor progress, identify roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct HR compliance activities with internal or external parties.
- Support management committee operations to ensure the day-to-day success of the Management Committee and the achievement of the company's strategy and key projects.
- Analyze HR data to inform key HR decisions and business success.
- Collaborate with country HR teams on national key projects, providing compliance and professional guidance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years of HR experience.
- Proven experience in highly matrixed and complex work environments, such as large MNCs, startups, and internet companies.
- Strong communication capabilities and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with HQ colleagues and in-country employees.
- Project management expertise, including project chartering and resource reallocation.
- Self-driven, conscientious, and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams and operating in ambiguous environments.
