Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Contact Centre Agent to join our team. As a Contact Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information and support on our conservation efforts and wildlife programs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
- Minimum GCE N Levels or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English)
- Proficiency in other languages an added advantage
- Able to commit 3-4 days a week, including weekends and public holidays
- Preferably able to work some evening shifts (till 8pm) for a minimum of 6 months
