Job Title: Contact Centre

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contact Centre professional to join our team at Agape CP Holdings Pte. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Contact Centre operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Contact Centre agents to achieve targeted Service Levels
  • Conduct regular transaction monitoring and quality assurance activities to ensure high-quality customer interactions
  • Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with the Quality team to review calls and provide coaching and training to agents
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly Operational Health reports to senior management
  • Plan, forecast, implement, and monitor assigned campaigns to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure all standards and procedures are followed and maintained
  • Liaise with clients to address campaign-related issues and provide regular performance reports
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Contact Centre management
  • Proven experience in people management, customer relationship management, and project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of Contact Centre Management tools and technology
