We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Senior/Assistant Director, New Building Team. As a key member of the Infrastructure and Sustainability Department, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing M&E systems to ensure compliance with regulations and project specifications.
- Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Evaluating value engineering proposals to identify opportunities for improvement and assess their impact on safety, security, maintenance & total cost of ownership.
- Developing and implementing strategies to mitigate project delays and optimize resource allocation.
- Providing expert guidance on engineering decisions and leading a team of project managers.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in M&E systems and services.
- A proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects or renovations.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore's building regulations and industry standards.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor a team of project managers.
