Highly skilled Trust and Wealth Planning Specialists are sought after to support senior executives in Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement bespoke wealth management strategies across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Mitigate family legal risks and navigate complex regulatory frameworks, safeguarding the interests of high-net-worth individuals and families.
  • Manage sophisticated governance structures aligned with long-term legacy goals, providing strategic advice on inheritance planning and asset protection.

Requirements:

  • A minimum 10-15 years of PQE in international law firms, wealth planning teams, or family offices, with a proven track record of advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling complex negotiations and high-value transactions, with a strong understanding of tax-efficient wealth

As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior executives to provide tailored solutions for their clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.

A successful background in trust and wealth planning is essential, along with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Regulatory knowledge and understanding of financial markets and instruments would also be beneficial.
