Harvest Advisors holds a Capital Markets Securities (CMS) licence and is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

We provide asset management services for institutional investors as well as private wealth management solutions for high-net worth investors in Asia. Our clients include sovereign wealth funds, financial institutions, listed companies, and family offices.

Harvest Advisors is affiliated to the Harvest Group. Set up in 1999, the Group is one of the first asset managers in China and currently one of the largest with assets under management of about USD 130 billion, employing more than 1,300 staff globally, with offices in China, Hong Kong, London, New York and Singapore.

The Group’s extensive research capabilities form the bedrock upon which it has built a wide range of investment strategies across active management of Chinese and Asian equities and fixed income, passive index strategies, private equity and real estate.

As part of our expansion, we are seeking self-starters to join us as Senior Advisor (Family Office).

Your Responsibilities:

- Tap on a good understanding of relations between Singapore and China with a view to contribute to closer and stronger connections between the two markets
- Source and identify new business opportunities for the Company’s Harvest Family Office Services (HFOS) division
- Develop business strategies, business development plans and activities surrounding Family Office services
- Advise on brand and network development as well as market positioning

Your attributes:

- Master’s Degree holder or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial industry/marketing and branding strategy in China and/or ASEAN
- Excellent spoken and written Mandarin as cross border communication is vital to the fulfilment of responsibilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to thrive in collaborative environments
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit, highly analytical and structured in solving complex problems
