We are looking for high quality and seasoned Relationship Managers (RMs) as our Strategic Family Wealth Advisors , you will be acting as a key partner to Multi-Family Offices (MFOs), its External Asset Managers (EAMs) strategy, and U/HNW clients, providing strategic investment advice across Multi-assets classes (traditional and digital asset classes), variable capital company (VCC) fund structure, and deliver holistic wealth solutions tailored to complex family and institutional needs.

The role will be part of a global team with the competitive edge in structured products, FX solutions and sustainable investments and talent core in Singapore within our Digital Green Group in shaping the future of financial innovation, financial technology, and sustainable technology in alignment to our business growth in APAC & other regions.

Responsibilities
  • Build, establish and grow client relationships with U/HNW clients and family offices, providing regular market insights, product updates, and investment recommendations.
  • Serve as the primary investment advisor for MFOs and EAMs and provide trusted advice on investment products and wealth solutions across multi asset classes, including the setup and management of Variable Capital Companies (VCCs) for fund structuring and family office needs.
  • Evaluate and recommend digital asset investment opportunities in line with client risk profiles with a strategic view of clients’ investments while monitoring and rebalance portfolios to align with client objectives and market conditions.
  • Support EAMs in product selection, execution, and client servicing, drive business growth through strategic prospecting and relationship expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (legal, compliance, product, operations) to deliver seamless client experiences including portfolio construction, risk management, and asset allocation.
  • Contribute actively to achieving AUM, NNM, and revenues and structure targets, and development of proprietary investment ideas and thematic strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies and global best practices to be in line with the Group risk management culture.
  • Stay abreast of developments in blockchain, tokenization, and digital asset market.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client forums.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • CFA, CAIA, or CFP designation preferred.
  • Min.10 years of experience in in private banking and investment advisory, asset gathering or family office services.
  • Proven track record in managing UHNW relationships and multi-asset portfolios.
  • Familiarity with VCC structures, EAM platforms, and digital asset ecosystems.
  • Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory frameworks and how these affect structuring of wealth solutions.
  • Well versed in wealth advisory & planning and family office structures and solutions used in key markets.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills. Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment with a diversified client base.
  • Ability to build strong client networks, with an entrepreneurial mind-set. with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with a wide cross section of stakeholders
