Job Title: Experienced Finance Professional

 

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team as a key member in managing financial processes and ensuring accuracy. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of accounting standards, audit processes, and internal controls.

 

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards
  • Maintaining and updating the general ledger to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Leading and managing the annual audit process, serving as the primary point of contact for external auditors
  • Preparing all necessary documentation and schedules for the audit, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Addressing and resolving audit queries, working closely with auditors to ensure a smooth and efficient audit process
  • Reviewing audit findings and implementing recommendations to improve financial processes and controls

 

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on audit management, financial reporting, working capital management, and intercompany transactions
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP), audit processes, internal controls, and working capital management
