Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Trade Finance professional to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and verifying import/export LC documents in accordance with UCP600 guidelines.
  • They will assess customer applications, clarify ambiguous terms, and ensure transactions are processed in accordance with transaction details.
  • Maintenance of accurate records and monitoring of payment/acceptance of import/export bills is also a key responsibility.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
  1. Key responsibilities include processing transactions while maintaining acceptable technical risks and adhering to bank rules and operational procedures.
  2. The role requires meeting deadlines and accurately posting entries to profit and loss accounts in relevant systems.
  3. We are looking for a professional who can provide excellent customer service by building strong relationships with external and internal parties.
  4. Contribution to business continuity and providing effective backup for the team is also essential.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Commodity Trade Finance.
  • Proficiency in UCP600, ISBP, ISP, and Incoterms.
  • CDSC certification is highly desirable.
