Job Title: Experienced Accounting and Finance Professional

  • Financial training for a wide range of clients is required.

We are seeking an experienced accounting and finance professional to provide high-quality financial training services. This individual will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative sessions on various topics related to accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver comprehensive training programs in accounting and finance, tailored to meet the needs of diverse clients.
  2. Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements in accounting and finance.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized solutions.
  4. Conduct needs assessments and evaluations to ensure effective delivery of training programs.
  5. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging active participation and engagement from all trainees.
  6. Maintain accurate records of training activities, including participant feedback and assessment results.
  7. Stay current with changes in accounting and finance software, such as Xero, and incorporate this knowledge into training sessions.
  8. Ensure that all training materials are relevant, accurate, and aligned with industry standards.
  9. Contribute to the development of new training programs and content, leveraging expertise in accounting and finance.
  10. Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality training services.
  11. Support the growth and development of colleagues through knowledge sharing and mentorship.
  12. Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and stay updated on industry trends.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the achievement of organizational goals.
Requirements:
  • Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) certification is highly desirable.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is essential.
  • Professional certification in accounting, such as CA or ACCA, is advantageous.
  • At least 3–5 years of practical experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a training or teaching role.
  • Proficiency in Xero or other cloud accounting software is necessary.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Prior experience in training or teaching is highly desirable.
  • Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for diverse learners is critical.
