Job Title: Senior Assistant Manager, Medical Affairs

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Assistant Manager to join our Medical Affairs team at the National University Health System Pte. Ltd.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing secretariat support to clinical quality assurance committees, workgroups, and associated meetings.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders in areas of quality assurance, patient safety, continual improvement, and risk management.
  • Developing and implementing quality improvement projects.
  • Assisting with clinical governance functions such as report preparation and analysis.
  • Serving as a resource person and maintaining positive relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Supporting licensing, internal audits, incident management, and clinical quality records review programs.
  • Performing other tasks and duties as assigned by the Manager or Head of Department.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Nursing, or Occupational, Physio, or Speech Therapy.
  • At least 3-4 years of healthcare experience, with postgraduates welcomed to apply.
  • Experience in healthcare administration, clinical quality, and/or risk management will be an added advantage.
  • Strong PC skills and proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Meticulous problem-solving, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • A positive work attitude and ability to work with diverse stakeholders in various work environments.
  • Self-motivation, ability to multitask, and produce well-written reports and papers.
  • Compassion and a commitment to patient safety and ethics.
