RECRUIT INC PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled Medical Affairs Executive to provide administrative and operational support to the Medical Director and the medical team.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the Medical Director in all day-to-day operations of the medical services.
- Maintain a registry of operational manuals and files related to the medical department and ensure that information contained therein is regularly updated.
- Establish and maintain a system for filing and archiving all essential information and circulars from government agencies.
- Project Management and Research
- Carry out fact-finding and put up drafts for proposals of projects and new services.
- Provide administrative support to research teams.
- Work with Institute Review Board (IRBs) with the review of research proposals.
- Continuing Medical Education and Training
- Support the Medical Director and the medical team in the medical students attachment, residency program, and preparation for internal and external training.
- Assist the Medical Director in tracking all the training and education of the medical team and work with HR where necessary.
- Secondary Accountabilities
- Assume other responsibilities relevant to the position as delegated from time to time.
- Cover the duties of the admin executive in their absence.
