Job DescriptionSummary:The Senior Account Manager will drive long-term success by managing a portfolio of accounts, developing positive client relationships, and acting as the point of contact for individual customer needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience in sales, customer experience, and account management.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
- Develop positive relationships with clients and ensure their demands are met.
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs, resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client's desires.
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
- Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase.
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
- 8-10 years of direct selling experience in a relevant industry and customer base.
- Extensive firsthand experience in directly selling Process Industrial Automation Solutions and Products to End Users and EPCs.
- Experience in Process Industrial Automation solutions and products, specifically related to control systems, SCADA, PLCs, and Safety Systems.
- Solid understanding of sales performance metrics and excellent negotiation skills.
- Able to prioritize tasks and activities, work with multidisciplinary groups, and lead by example.
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
