Job Title: Airport Services Representative

Are you a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills? Do you have experience in handling cash transactions and providing exceptional service to customers? We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Airport Services Representative to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service experience by attending to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Perform cash and credit card transactions using Point of Sales (POS) and Baggage Storage System (BSS) for baggage storage and other services.
  • Perform opening and closing settlement for POS and BSS for daily cash reconciliation.
  • Perform bag wrapping service and upsell baggage services or products.
  • Accept and issue baggage deposits according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
  • Conduct bag searches in accordance with SOP and ensure compliance to security standards dictated by management and airport police.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and image at all times.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
  • Familiarity with POS system is an added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to converse in basic English.
  • Able to obtain an Airport Pass (Airside).
  • Able to carry up to 25kg luggage.

Benefits:
  • 6 days work week.
  • Fixed shift: Morning - 6.50am-3.10pm, Afternoon - 2.40pm-11pm, Night - 10.45pm-7.05am.
