Job Overview

This is a frontline role in customer service where you will be interacting with customers via phone, email and in person. As a representative of the organization, you will be expected to provide exceptional service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Explain our courses and education philosophy to potential customers.
  • Promote centre programmes to potential and existing customers.
  • Build relationships with our customers.
  • Handle phone and email queries effectively and promptly.
  • Perform and manage sales transactions effectively and promptly.

Administrative Duties

  • Arrange replacement lessons for students and appointments for parents, teachers.
  • Responsible for center's inventory and simple logistics.
  • Other administrative duties such as filing documents.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'A' levels or Diploma qualifications.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service-related job roles.
  • Proficient in MacBook and G-Suites (e.g. Drive, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets).
  • Open to deployment at other centers due to work exigencies.
