OSI PI System Programmer Position

The role of OSI PI System Programmer involves collaboration with various stakeholders to implement manufacturing data solutions and promote the use of Site Data Historian.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Business SMEs, Validation, QA, and Engineering teams to design and develop application/system solutions in line with S88 standards for the plant.
  • Promote the increase of Site Data Historian usage to support new projects and existing value streams by creating and maintaining applications according to technical design and requirements.
  • Complete extract, transform, and load (ETL) procedures and data migration from multiple sources.
  • Lead projects as assigned.
  • Provide operations support on production systems.
  • Apply best practices on data management and visualization to achieve goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Understanding of Osisoft PI Architecture and essential components.
  • Proficiency in Osisoft PI products, SQL database or similar.
  • Proficiency in project management principles and project lifecycle phases.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, network, and database concepts.
  • Knowledge of cGMPs and manufacturing operations in FDA-regulated facilities.
