This role involves providing administrative support to our aid department, handling telephone calls, managing files and records, and coordinating projects.
- Handle telephone calls and general enquiries.
- Provide administrative support to our aid department, including meeting minutes and implementing decisions.
- Manage files and records related to financial aid, bursaries, and welfare programs.
- Liaise with external organisations regarding applications and programs.
- Coordinate projects and organise interviews and events for applicants and recipients.
Key responsibilities:
We are looking for a highly organized and skilled individual who can:
- Diploma in business administration or a related field.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality; detail-oriented and proactive.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders and provide effective customer service.
