Job Title: Social Work Assistant

Our organization is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Social Work Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with Medical Social Workers to provide administrative support and deliver high-quality social services to patients and their families.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing information and statistics on assistance through an electronic system, gathering information from patients and their families, and assisting with financial assessment procedures. They may also be required to conduct home visits as needed.

We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Social Work, Community Service, or Human Services, with relevant experience in Social Services, Accounting, and Statistics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
