Job Title: Community Care Specialist

  • This is a role that requires you to be flexible, adaptable and willing to work on rotating shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement programmes and activities to enhance residents' quality of life, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of residents' interviews and progress.
  3. Cleanliness of the Home's premises is crucial; we rely on our staff to maintain high standards in this area.
  4. Our care services include providing assistance with daily living activities, managing medication, and offering emotional support to residents.
