Sales Operations Strategic Leader

About the Role:

This is an opportunity to join our global team as a Sales Operations Senior Leader. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and improving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and drive revenue growth.
  • Create sales forecasting input to improve accuracy and help with budgeting, planning, and resource allocation.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement for assigned area of responsibility.
  • Streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage and optimize the use of CRM systems to track customer interactions, sales activities, and as input to forecasting.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Ten (10) years of experience in demand generation roles (sales, marketing, or sales operations) in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Business and financial acumen, as well as comprehensive knowledge and experience across the Marketing to Order and specifically CRM processes
  • Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively with Business & Functional Leaders
  • Experience in transformational projects possibly related to Business Transformation & IT
  • Demonstrated ability to strengthen organizations, bring our customer needs to life and effectively motivate and energize teams
  • Project management skills
  • Advanced influence, collaboration, and communications skills across countries and cultures
