We are looking for a skilled and experienced Company Secretary Assistant to join our team at ACCOUNTING CONSULTANCY PTE. LDT. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in company secretary work, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and review of directors' resolutions
- Preparation of materials for meetings
- Lodgement of statutory returns with ACRA
Requirements:
- Degree in law or related field
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience
