Medical Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Product Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing clinical support and troubleshooting of medical equipment to healthcare professionals, as well as assisting doctors, nurses, and other key opinion leaders in familiarizing themselves with the medical equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical support and troubleshooting of medical equipment to healthcare professionals.
- Assist doctors, nurses, and other key opinion leaders in familiarizing themselves with the medical equipment.
- Organize and conduct training sessions for health professionals on the proper use and procedures for the products.
- Answer queries relating to the product range.
- Monitor and promote the utilization of products.
- Stay updated on market trends by participating in workshops, training, and conferences.
- Participate in case reviews and provide clinical support during surgical procedures.
- Act as a consultant to surgeons and operating room staff on the safe and proper use of spinal products and techniques.
- Coordinate and provide logistical support for the setup and reassembly of surgical instrument sets.
- Degree in nursing, biomedical, biotechnology, biochemistry, or medical technology/science.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of medical devices or case support, preferably in ortho-implant (spine) selling.
- Able to scrub in spine cases is an advantage.
- Able to travel overseas if required.
- Able to work overtime, including weekends.
