Clinical Support Specialist

Our client is a leading medical equipment company seeking an experienced clinical support specialist to provide expert assistance in the operating theatre during surgeries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of neuromonitoring systems and their application in ensuring patient safety.

About the Role:

  1. Clinical Support (Intraoperative Neuromonitoring): You will be responsible for providing real-time neuromonitoring support during surgeries, monitoring nerve and brain function, and alerting clinicians if there are risks of nerve damage.
  2. Product & Knowledge Expert: You will be the go-to person for all product-related and clinical knowledge about neuromonitoring equipment, guiding surgeons and anesthesiologists in using neuromonitoring systems effectively.
  3. Training & Education: You will provide in-service training to nurses, clinicians, and technicians on how to use the equipment, conduct workshops, seminars, and support sales teams during product demonstrations or clinical evaluations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of neuromonitoring systems and their application in ensuring patient safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
