Our team is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to provide critical support and expertise to our medical professionals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional clinical services and support to ensure the highest quality patient care.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, biomedical engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or case support for medical devices. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing clinical support and troubleshooting of medical equipment to doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Assisting medical professionals in becoming familiarized with medical equipment, including its merits, proper clinical procedures, and usage.
- Organizing and conducting training sessions on-site and on-the-job to educate health professionals on our products.
- Answering queries related to our product range and providing expert advice.
- Maintaining and promoting the utilization of our products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in nursing, biomedical engineering, biotechnology, biochemistry, or medical technology/ science.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales of medical devices or case support, especially in ortho-implant (spine) selling experience.
- Eligible to scrub in spine cases will be an advantage.
- Able to travel overseas if required.
- Able to work overtime as and when required (includes weekends).
