  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with our corporate objectives and long-term vision.
  • Provide guidance to senior leadership on organizational design, talent management, and cultural transformation.
  • Lead initiatives to attract and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with our commitment to quality and innovation.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of leadership development programs to cultivate a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Lead and mentor an HR team across the region.
  • Partner with executive leadership to ensure that HR strategies support the overall mission and vision of the organization.
  • Champion initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring a workforce that reflects the communities we serve.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Labour law in Japan, Thailand & Singapore with a deep understanding of global HR practices.
  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership role, ideally within the automotive sector.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data to drive HR strategies and initiatives.
