Human Resource Administrative Leader

We are seeking an exceptional Human Resource Administrative Leader to join our team at ABER CARE PTE. LTD. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the full spectrum of recruitment processes, ensuring we attract top talent to support our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, interviewing, appointment, resignation, and termination processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Conduct performance management, compensation, and benefits analysis to enhance employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- 3 years of relevant work experience in human resources or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
