Job Description
This position will be responsible for leasing properties within Mapletree's assigned portfolio.
About the Role
- Spearhead strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of assigned properties.
- Secure new tenancies, identify market segments, manage lease renewals, and liaise with property agents.
- Conduct market research on competitors and benchmarks for rentals and occupancy costs.
- Maintain good relationships with tenants and prospects.
Requirements
- Degree holder in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing and leasing.
- A sound understanding of the real estate industry with an established network.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Possession of Salesperson qualifications under the Estate Agents Act or equivalent Real Estate Salesperson (RES) certification is advantageous.
Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary range of approximately $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
