We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Third Party Risk Management efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for operationalizing a comprehensive risk management framework, ensuring effective vendor governance and compliance.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of outsourcing and operational risk requirements, as well as industry standards. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in risk management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector, is required.
- Risk Management Expertise:
- Design and implement KRIs, risk control measures, and best practices for third-party service providers and outsourcing arrangements.
- Drive timely completion of risk deliverables and resolve key issues.
- Perform assessments of third-party risk incidents, communicate technical concepts, and provide advisory services.
- Cultivate a strong risk culture.
- Education and Certifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Certifications such as CTPRP, CTPRA, CISSP, CRISC, CRCM are advantageous.
- Project Management Skills:
- Good project management skills and experience.
- Personal Qualities:
- Proactive, resourceful, strategic, and tactical thinking.
- Able to multi-task and work independently under tight timelines.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Culturally sensitive.
