We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Specialist to join our team in expanding the enterprise risk functions of a prominent financial institution. This role offers an exciting career path for professionals passionate about risk management and adept at navigating complex risk landscapes.
The successful candidate will contribute significantly to protecting and enhancing our client's third-party risk framework and oversight across diverse global operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in enterprise risk, particularly in managing vendor and third-party risks.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices, offering expert guidance on third-party risk management.
- Act as the gatekeeper of the Vendor-Managed Services Policy, ensuring alignment and compliance across the organisation.
- Support the Outsourcing Committee, including secretariat functions, and assist engagement owners in assessing risk levels for vendor engagements.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence on vendors, including assessing performance, operational controls, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders on resolving issues identified during due diligence or audits.
- Lead independent reviews to ensure adherence to vendor management policies, including monthly key risk indicator reporting.
- Support broader enterprise risk management functions, such as risk assessments, root cause analysis of incidents, and process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular training sessions to elevate risk awareness within the organisation.
