Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Procurement and Third Party Risk Management Specialist. This role will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks associated with third-party suppliers, while also ensuring the effective management of procurement processes.
About the Role:
This position will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to manage third-party risks, including conducting due diligence on new and existing suppliers, and monitoring their performance throughout the contract term. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to outsourcing and third-party risk management, and will be able to provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and mitigate third-party risks
- Conduct due diligence on new and existing suppliers
- Monitor supplier performance and take corrective action as necessary
- Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on third-party risk management best practices
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Outsourcing Governance, Third Party Risk Management and/or Vendor Management
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to outsourcing and third-party risk management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision
