Information Security Specialist

We are seeking a professional to play a crucial role in protecting digital assets from cyber threats.

  • Deploy and configure cybersecurity solutions to enhance the security posture.
  • Propose effective solutions based on customer needs, leveraging expertise in IT, cybersecurity, and networking fundamentals.
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure they have the necessary skills to navigate the ever-evolving cybersecurity landscape.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues across systems and networks, utilizing strong scripting skills in languages like Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
  • Support sales teams with technical insights and tender responses, helping them to win new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and certifications, such as CISSP, CCNA/CCNP, and OSCP, and apply this knowledge to improve the security stance.
  • Serve as a knowledge resource for internal support teams, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure their success.

Requirements:

  • Nitec/Diploma/Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • 2+ years' experience in IT/Cybersecurity (Associate role available for fresh graduates).
  • Proficiency in cybersecurity tools, IAM, EDR, SIEM, cloud platforms, and networking fundamentals.
  • Strong troubleshooting and scripting skills, with expertise in languages like Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
  • Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CCNA/CCNP, and OSCP, are highly desirable.
  • Team player with a proactive and professional attitude, able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
