Corporate and Digital Assets Legal Counsel Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our company as a Legal Counsel for Corporate and Digital Assets. As a key member of the legal team, you will play a crucial role in providing expert legal advice and guidance on various corporate and digital assets matters.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support in corporate and digital assets matters, including contract review and negotiation, compliance with regulatory requirements, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination on legal matters.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to digital assets, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with the General Counsel to provide strategic legal advice on key business initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying potential risks and opportunities for growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified lawyer with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate and digital assets law.
  • Fluent Mandarin language skills (written, spoken, and reading).
  • Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of EU regulatory laws, consumer protection laws, and GDPR.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, considering commercial and legal viewpoints when resolving issues.
  • Excellent collaboration and written/verbal communication skills.
