Overview

PDLegal LLC is seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join our expanding corporate practice. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a Senior Associate or Junior Partner role within a forward-thinking firm known for its cross-border and international corporate work.

Importantly, we provide structured training and mentorship to groom our lawyers into future-ready partners who are equipped to develop their own book of business and build lasting client relationships.

What we're looking for

  • 5–10 years PQE, Singapore-qualified lawyer
  • Strong academic credentials from a recognised institution
  • Extensive experience in M&A, funds, tax, and related corporate work
  • Broad capability across corporate and commercial transactions
  • Preferably proficient in Mandarin to engage with regional and international clients
  • Strong client management skills with the ability to deliver strategic, commercially astute advice
