**Your new company**

A well established global MNC is now looking for a Senior Regional Lawyer to join their investment arm.

**Your new role**

A newly created role is form as part of the business plans to expand the company's investment arm. Reporting to the CFO, the company is looking for a Corporate Lawyer to support the growth and cross border investment in new business area. You will be managing all overseas investment projects, assessing business performance and also ensuring strong governance.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You are someone with ideally LLB and someone with minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in a law firm, corporate secretary service provider or in-house legal role. You are someone who is able to be hands on, drive strategic goals and also at the same time be able to handle joint ventures, general corporate and also secretary work. You will be supported by a small legal team.
