We are seeking a skilled Staffing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management and be able to work closely with the rest of the team to identify well-balanced case teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program management of Associate Consultant / Senior Associate Consultant classes across Southeast Asia.
- Identify well-balanced case teams and ensure individual professional developmental needs are understood and addressed on cases.
- Facilitate discussions with Partners on team hypotheses for upcoming cases.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a business-related discipline or Organizational Psychology/People or Operations-related field. They will also have 5-7+ years of work experience, ideally with direct staffing experience in a professional services firm.
