We're seeking a Career Development Specialist to join our team. This role involves collaborating with various clients to understand their talent acquisition needs and delivering high-quality recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with corporate clients to comprehend their staffing requirements
  • Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and placement
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EMPLOYERS AND DELIVER EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in corporate hiring
  • A valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI)
  • Familiarity with best practices for sourcing talent and industry standards
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and customer-focused
