Business Development Manager

Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with key clients in the maritime industry.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify client requirements and recommend customized FFE and LSA service solutions.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle—from preparing quotes and negotiating terms to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with service and technical teams to ensure timely, compliant onboard service delivery.
  • Track account performance, customer satisfaction, and contract renewals.
  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term agreements.
  • Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with SOLAS, IMO, and Flag State regulations.
  • Conduct regular client visits, participate in industry events, and offer post-sales support.
Requirements:
  • Diploma holder in maritime studies would be advantageous.
  • A good team player with ability to multitask.
  • Good analytical skills, meticulous and organized.
  • Possess positive work attitude, good interpersonal and communication skill.
