Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage our company's outgoing payments.
- Process vendor invoices and staff claims accurately and efficiently.
- Match purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, and Statements of Account (SOA) for timely and accurate payments.
- Verify invoice accuracy, approvals, and general ledger coding to ensure compliance with company policies.
This is a detail-oriented role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
