Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in a dynamic finance role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and managing accounts payable transactions, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all invoices.
Key tasks include:
- Invoice Processing: Ensure that all invoices are accurately recorded and processed in a timely manner.
- Job Cost Accounting: Maintain accurate job cost accounting records, ensuring that all costs are properly allocated.
- Liaison and Communication: Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties to address any queries or issues related to accounts payable transactions.
- Financial Reporting: Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports, including accounts payable information.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation for all accounts payable transactions.
To succeed in this position, you will need:
- At least 3 years' experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy, proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications, such as Sage and Microsoft Excel.
- A diploma or degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
