Strategic Employee Experience Manager

Employee engagement is the backbone of a successful organization, driving employee satisfaction and boosting productivity. As a Strategic Employee Experience Manager, you will be responsible for crafting comprehensive employee experience strategies that resonate with our diverse workforce.
You will lead and analyze the results of engagement surveys to develop actionable plans aimed at enhancing employee experience positively. Your role will involve conceptualizing, planning, and executing employee engagement initiatives around key themes and events.
Moreover, you will oversee the design and implementation of creative social media engagement plans to amplify our employer brand's reputation in the external market. This includes tracking progress through metrics and analytics.
To ensure seamless communication, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance the overall employee experience from pre-hire to retirement. This involves activities such as Pulse Surveys, eNPS, and communicating improvement actions based on scores.
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred, along with at least 1 year of experience in Employee Relations and Events Management. The ability to work in person at our location is essential.
