We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Client Enablement Professional.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in software product lifecycle management and client support. The successful candidate will be responsible for learning and mastering our enterprise software solution offerings, providing clear articulation of their value to potential clients, and engaging with clients via various communication platforms.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience in software support, client management, sales support, and marketing. Relevant experience in software training will be an advantage. They must be confident in presenting and training software solutions, possess a positive attitude, and demonstrate ability to work and connect with people.
Key Responsibilities- Learn and master our enterprise software solution offerings quickly.
- Support business development team in software solution overviews and demonstrations.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients.
- Engage with clients via various communication platforms.
- Provide account management and solution support to existing clients.
- Conduct surveys to gather market insights and customer feedback.
- Research targeted markets and industries, identify key stakeholders, and generate interest via outreach efforts.
- 1+ year of experience in software support, client management, sales support, and marketing.
- Relevant experience in software training will be an advantage.
- Strong oral and written English communication skills along with excellent listening skills.
