About the Role

As a seasoned professional, you will oversee AI Client Enablement initiatives, driving business value through data-driven solutions. This strategic role demands strong leadership skills, technical acumen, and the ability to navigate complex project environments.

The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of experience in delivery lead / management roles, with a proven track record in agile methodologies. Certification in PMP or equivalent is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.

You will work closely with senior management to develop and refine the bank's AI strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Identifying and prioritizing AI use cases that deliver significant business value is crucial. Developing business cases for AI projects, including cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and ROI estimation, will also be key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee AI Client Enablement initiatives, driving business value through data-driven solutions
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver AI-based projects, leveraging agile methodologies
  • Develop and maintain the bank's AI strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
  • Identify and prioritize AI use cases that deliver significant business value
  • Develop business cases for AI projects, including cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and ROI estimation
Requirements:
