Corporate HR and Operations Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and efficient Corporate HR and Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day office operations. As the right-hand person to our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring a well-organized and productive work environment.
Responsibilities- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and equipment maintenance.
- Manage the maintenance and cleanliness of office facilities.
- Liaise with building management for repairs and improvements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and company documentation.
- Ensure compliance with record-keeping and confidentiality standards.
- Facilitate effective internal communication through regular updates and announcements.
- Draft internal communications for distribution within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative responsibilities, preferably in the travel industry.
- Basic knowledge of HR is a plus.
