Senior Compliance Expert

The role of the Senior Compliance Expert is to assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive compliance strategy for the organization. This involves identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of compliance within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements;
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies and procedures;
- Provide training and education to employees on compliance matters;
- Monitor and report on compliance metrics and trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in compliance, regulations, and policy development. A law degree and relevant certifications such as CIPP/CP or CIPT are highly desirable. You will also need excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
