Guest Experience Coordinator

In this key role, the Guest Experience Coordinator oversees daily operations to ensure exceptional service delivery. This position involves leading a team and managing guest preferences to create personalized experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the daily operations of the Butler Services team to deliver consistent service quality.
  • Manage pre-arrival preparations, guest amenities, and VIP services.
  • Conduct in-room registration, private guest orientation, and provide tailored guest experiences.
  • Perform high-touch services such as luggage unpacking, garment care, and personal assistance.
  • Liaise with Housekeeping, F&B, and Front Office departments for seamless service execution.
  • Monitor service performance and guest feedback, propose improvements, and innovations.
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles and service records.
  • Assist in coaching and developing butler team members.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury hotel or butler services, preferably with supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of personalized guest service standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in property management systems.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
