About the Role
  • This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of Butler operations, including service design, delivery, and recovery.
  • The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a deep understanding of luxury service standards and the ability to drive innovation and consistency across the department.
  • You will lead a team of Butlers and the Butler Manager, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they meet the highest standards of service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of Butler services to ensure seamless delivery of world-class experiences.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive revenue growth and enhance the overall guest experience.
  3. Promote a culture of excellence, encouraging teamwork, creativity, and innovation within the Butler department.
  4. Maintain high levels of service quality, ensuring compliance with Forbes 5-Star, LQA, and Accor standards.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall guest experience.
Requirements
  • Degree in Hotel or Tourism Management (or equivalent).
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in ultra-luxury hospitality, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in leading teams, developing talent, and driving business results.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills a plus.
