**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to join our team in JointHire Singapore Pte Ltd. As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining long-term relationships with clients, and maximizing sales opportunities in the Asia-Pacific region.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Asia-Pacific region.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.

About You:

  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience in machine/equipment sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of industrial lenses, cameras, and optical applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
